In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a Helpdesk Ticket System.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses on-line.
For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid support contract and/or email address is required to submit a ticket. Please contact support via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org in order to have an activated account in line with your support contract.
